No. We are a management consultancy practice that specialises in human factors. We focus on Organisational Culture, Change Management, System Creation and Training Packages. However we can add team building sessions as an element to an extensive consultancy offering.

Who are your target customers?

Any organisation who relies on people and teams to operate effectively. We work with commercial organisations ranging from SME's to corporations and publicly funded bodies.

How does the service work?

Firstly we will engage with you to understand your organisational goals and establish clear objectives for the project. We will conclude the engagement with a focus study with our reccomendations.

From this point you have three options

  1. We give you the “blueprint” to deliver our recommendations.

  2. You deliver the recommendations with our oversight, we train you to conduct the delivery.

  3. We conduct the entire delivery over a longer engagement period, allowing you to concentrate on driving your business forward.
